Hi 👋  I'm Phil.

I have 11 years of experience in consulting, advertising and tech startups, managing 40+ people across roles in sales, customer success, and strategy. I’ve led team-building and connection workshops worldwide and I am so excited to share this foundational program on Relational Fitness. It draws from science, executive coaching, b-school programs at Stanford and Harvard, and leadership development at McKinsey, Bain and BCG. My journey began with a personal setback—a missed promotion due to difficult workplace relationships. This inspired me to focus on my interpersonal skills, leading to deeper connections in every aspect of my life including with close friends and family. Intentionally improving relationships has come to be my biggest passion in life. This program distills years of research and personal growth into a program designed to help you build meaningful relationships.
