“The lessons can be applied to real-world interactions, which feels a lot more doable and natural.”

Curriculum that blends art with science and leadership training

The course was designed around the science and psychology of human connection, with skills and experience from leadership development programs at business schools and top companies like Google and McKinsey, as well as new practices like authentic relating and circling.

Each week includes

  • Learning materials that cover the science and best practices for connection

  • Reflection exercises and personalized actions to apply what you learn IRL

    1. Practice, practice, practice

Meet your facilitator

Hi 👋  I'm Phil.

I’ve managed 40+ people across roles in community, customer success, and strategy, and led team-building and connection workshops worldwide and I am SO EXCITED about this online course on Relational Fitness. It draws from science, executive coaching, b-school programs at Stanford and Harvard, leadership development at McKinsey, and other innovative practices like authentic relating. My journey began with a personal setback—a missed promotion due to difficult workplace relationships. This inspired me to focus on my interpersonal skills, leading to deeper connections in every aspect of my life including with close friends and family. Intentionally improving relationships has come to be my biggest passion in life. This program distills years of research and personal growth into a program designed to help you build meaningful relationships.
