Meet our Founder

Hi 👋  I'm Phil.

I’ve managed 40+ people across roles in community, customer success, and strategy, and led team-building and connection workshops worldwide and I am SO EXCITED about this coaching program on Relational Fitness. It draws from science, executive coaching, b-school programs at Stanford and Harvard, leadership development at McKinsey, and other innovative practices like authentic relating. My journey began with a personal setback—a missed promotion due to difficult workplace relationships. This inspired me to focus on my interpersonal skills, leading to deeper connections in every aspect of my life including with close friends and family. Intentionally improving relationships has come to be my biggest passion in life. This program distills years of research and personal growth into a program designed to help you build meaningful relationships.
